Shipping Information
In order to get your purchases to you as quickly and a safely as possible, we use the US Post Office for shipping. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and we always insure our outgoing packages.
Insurance is included in our flat rate fee.
We also include package tracking in this flat rate fee and we request the Post Office to email you directly once your package has been processed.
We appreciate your business, we also want to make sure you receive your purchases in a safe and timely manner.
As you may know, postal rates have been steadily increasing worldwide. International shipping has become particularly expensive but shipping USPS Priority Mail, with insurance and tracking included, is the most reliable and cost-effective method available. To ship First Class with no tracking and no insurance is taking a risk with your purchases and ultimately, with your money. We like our customers too much to do this :)
